According to The Consumer Contracts Regulations for distance selling, a cancellation period that starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. If more than 14 days have passed, we can\u2019t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.<\/p><p>To start a return, you can click on the &#8220;contact us&#8221; button at the bottom of our website or email us at info_eversogreen@vitality-petcare.co.uk, we\u2019ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will notify you when we have received the item back in our warehouse and also when your refund will be processed. We will refund you using the same payment method you used when placing your original order. When sending back an item, we recommend using a traceable delivery method to ensure safe delivery.<\/p><p>You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
